Built for corrosive, high-pressure environments
Duplex 2205 combines an austenitic-ferritic microstructure that delivers roughly double the yield strength of standard austenitic stainless steels, along with excellent resistance to chloride stress-corrosion cracking and pitting — the standard choice for RO seawater desalination, marine and offshore piping.
High Corrosion Resistance
Superior resistance to chloride pitting and stress-corrosion cracking versus 304/316 grades.
High Mechanical Strength
Roughly double the yield strength of austenitic stainless, enabling thinner, lighter piping.
Desalination Ready

Butt-weld 90-degree elbows manufactured from Duplex 2205 stainless steel to ASTM A815, Schedule 40 wall thickness. Used to change direction in high-pressure, corrosive pipelines — seawater desalination (RO/MSF), marine, offshore and chemical process systems — without sacrificing wall strength at the bend.

Seamless line pipe in Duplex stainless steel, Schedule 40 wall thickness, sold per running metre. Seamless construction removes the weld-seam weak point found in welded pipe, giving consistent strength and corrosion performance along the full length — the primary line pipe for desalination trains and corrosive process lines.

Victaulic Model 77C Rigid Grooved Coupling
The Victaulic Model 77C is designed for high-pressure grooved piping systems such as RO seawater desalination systems, rated to 1200 psi (83 bar) on cut-grooved pipe from 3/4″ to 12″ (DN20–DN300). Supplied in corrosion-resistant alloys including Duplex 2205 and Super Duplex 2507, with an EPDM C-shaped gasket and stainless bolts/nuts for long service life.
